Forms

Sanction Form

Only male players from Ireland require Sanctions to play in Australasia. Anyone transferring from e.g. New York/Canada/London will complete the existing Overseas Transfer Form. Please download the form and fill out the relevant details and get it signed and submitted before you play your first game. This can be down on the day you play your first game.

A player who completes a Sanction Form and then moves to other Australasian affiliate/s will continue to complete an Interstate Transfer Form to play in the new State/s.

A player who completes a Sanction Form and stays within Australasia will at the completion of 12 months from the date of signing be required to lodge an Overseas Transfer Form. This is completed in the State they are playing at the completion of 12 months and sent to Gerard Roe for forwarding to Croke Park.
